Well, it was bound to happen, because the truth always gets out. However, even as he succumbs to his fate he has to go down lying. I don't believe that he is resigning from the House because he just has to change residence to Virginia as soon as possible. I think he is resigning because he knows that his new residence will soon be a Federal Penitentiary. Which on will it be? I think Federal crimes take precedence, so he will have to serve his Federal sentences before he begins serving his Texas sentences. I think that it was the Abramoff probe that got him, not the Texas probe.
